Find the service and its actual deadline
Open the hosting service in the account and identify its name and reference. Review the next expiry displayed for that service. If no deadline is provided, obtain the applicable information rather than inferring it from a wallet transaction or an old screenshot.
Plan ahead and retain recoverable copies of important data. Rules for late payment, suspension and retention depend on the service terms. Creating a renewal invoice does not by itself extend an expired period.
Review the renewal quotation before creating an invoice
The service page displays the next renewal period and its total before the crypto invoice is created. The renewal preserves the purchased configuration, options and their recorded pricing conditions. Check both the base line and any paid storage or backup lines.
Renewals cover at least three months. A historical shorter contract is brought to a minimum three-month renewal period without rewriting its original sale. The displayed period and total, rather than a monthly label alone, determine the next invoice.
Review the storage needs of the next period
Use the new invoice or resume the existing one
Choose an available asset and network and open the renewal invoice for this service. Its amount, address and expiry are its own instructions. Reusing a previous invoice or paying an unrelated order will not provide the same service tracking.
If a renewal invoice is already open, use the associated order to resume it. An issued invoice retains its crypto method and network. Selecting a different method in a form does not change an existing payment instruction.

Verify the extension on the same service
Follow invoice confirmation and the renewal order. The actual service update is processed separately from payment confirmation. Confirm that the service reference stays the same and that its deadline reflects the completed renewal.
If payment is confirmed but the new period has not appeared, keep the references and contact support through the account. Do not create a new VPS purchase as a substitute for tracking the renewal of an existing service.
Keep a renewal record
The crypto checkout does not schedule an automatic wallet debit. Track the service deadline and your completed payment so renewal remains an intentional action.
