Start with the application and its supporting processes

Include the application runtime, database and any worker in your resource checklist. If they run together, they share the server’s listed resources. A small first deployment still needs monitoring; the plan does not establish a user count, benchmark or response-time guarantee.

Choose preparation that fits your administration method

Compare the operating-system choices with the application’s installation instructions. Requesting Docker, Nginx or a panel records preparation for delivery. The HestiaCP choice requires a compatible clean system and cannot be combined with the preinstalled Docker or Nginx profile in this configurator.

Move up for a measured resource need

Compare Libre 2 when your checklist calls for more CPU, memory or base storage. If the task is simply hosting a PHP website and you do not want server administration, compare Web hosting instead. Updates, access security and recovery need an owner on any VPS.
